Autumn 2011 Rates:

Our low season rates are applicable from the 30th of September 2011. A double or twin room is £30 per person. Special offer rates: 5% discount for 3 nights or more. Family rooms are £75 per night. Please email or telephone to confirm rates and make reservations, or if you just want some further information - we'll be more than happy to help.

All rates include full English breakfast. Prices are in UK pounds.

2012 Season rates:

Our high season rates are applicable from the 1st of April 2012. A double or twin room is £40 per person per night.

Cancellations :

In practice, cancellations are a rare occurance, but we will have turned down alternative bookings in order to reserve your room and a short notice cancellation will mean we have less chance to re-let your accommodation. We are only a small family concern so we need to operate a fair policy that gives us some reasonable protection against financial loss.

If you are at all concerned about the possibility of cancellation you are strongly advised to take out a single trip Travel Insurance policy with cancellation cover. They cost only a few pounds but you'll be protected.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations giving at least 14 days notice will have deposits returned, less a small handling charge to cover our card payment and booking transaction costs. For shorter periods of notice, deposits are only refundable if the rooms are subsequently re-let.

In the event of a ‘no-show’ or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the total booking value may be charged. This payment or part thereof will be refunded if the room/s are re-let, less a small handling charge to cover our card payment and booking transaction costs.

With any cancellation, the Guesthouse will always make every effort to re-let the accommodation, and therefore reduce the charge to the Guest.

Curtailment of Stay - No refunds given, unless the rooms are re-let.

Payment:

We accept payment by most major debit and credit and cards. A small transaction fee is required when paying by credit card. No fee for debit cards. You can also pay by cash, including Euros.
