Double or twin room - from 28 to 37.50 per person, per night
Family Room - from 70 to 85 per room, based on 3 sharing
Single Room - from 55 to 70 per room, based on single occupancy of a double.

All rates include full English breakfast. Prices are in UK pounds.

Booking:

If you wish to make a booking or simply make an enquiry, we look forward to hearing from you by phone or email. Our contact details are at the bottom of the page. For your convenience we also offer an online booking service. To secure a reservation we require a deposit equivalent to the cost of a one night stay.

We normally serve breakfast no later than 8:30am. If this time is not ideal for you please mention it at the time of booking.

Cancellations :

In practice, cancellations are a rare occurance for us, but we are a small family business and we do need to have a protective policy in place. From the time of your booking we are likely to have turned down alternative bookings in order to reserve a room for you. The closer it is to the time of your planned arrival, the less chance we have to re-let a room which has been cancelled. Therefore, if you cancel or amend your booking, we are likely to suffer a financial loss.

If you are at all concerned about the possibility of cancellation you are strongly advised to take out suitable Travel Insurance that includes cancellation cover.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations giving at least 14 days notice will have deposits returned, less a small handling charge to cover our card payment and booking transaction costs. For shorter periods of notice, deposits are only refundable if the rooms are subsequently re-let.

In the event of a ‘no-show’ or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the total booking value may be charged. This payment or part thereof will be refunded if the room/s are re-let, less a small handling charge to cover our card payment and booking transaction costs.. The Guesthouse will make every effort to re-let the accommodation, and therefore reduce the charge to the Guest.

Curtailment of Stay - No refunds given, unless the rooms are re-let.

Payment:

We welcome payment by cash, including Euros. We also accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
