Superb location in an area of outstanding beauty...
The Old Manse Guest House is within walking distance of Northumberland's beautiful, unspoilt beaches. It is only a short drive to many spectacular castles such as Bamburgh, and Alnwick, with its impressive gardens and fountains. Regular boat trips take you from the harbour to the Farne Islands nature reserve. We are also close to Holy Island (Lindisfarne), the Northumberland National Park and the Cheviot Hills. Nature lovers, walkers, cyclists, golfers and sea sport enthusiasts will all enjoy this area and there is no shortage of nearby attractions to suit all tastes.

Breakfast ...
In addition to the usual breakfast items, we offer a traditional English cooked breakfast and use locally sourced produce, including the renowned 'Bamburgh Banger' from Carter's in Bamburgh. To make breakfast as healthy as possible we grill rather than fry, and our eggs come fresh from the farm close to our home .
